Orders & Delivery

What are your delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Standard delivery in metropolitan France then takes 2 to 5 business days. For international shipping, allow 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the order is shipped.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via La Poste / Colissimo for France and via reliable international carriers for overseas shipments. The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery country.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to more than 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for any modification or cancellation. After this period, as preparation is already underway, we cannot guarantee the change. Write to us via our contact page.

Products & Usage

Are your incense sticks natural?

Yes. Our incense sticks are handcrafted from natural resins, wood powders and essential oils. They contain no synthetic charcoal or artificial fragrance. Each batch is aged for an extended period to provide a smooth burn and authentic scent.

How do I choose between stick, cone or resin incense?

Sticks offer a steady burn and are ideal for daily meditation and prayer. Cones release denser smoke, perfect for space purification. Resins and grains require a burning charcoal or electric burner and offer the most traditional and intense experience.

How do I use your beeswax candles?

Our beeswax candles naturally burn longer than regular candles. For optimal burning: let the wax melt across the entire surface on first use, trim the wick to 5 mm before each lighting, and do not burn for more than 4 consecutive hours. Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Are your lithotherapy stones authentic?

Yes, all our natural stones are genuine minerals, selected for their quality and beauty. Each stone is unique in its shape, colour and natural inclusions. We recommend purifying them (clear water, smoke cleansing or salt) and recharging them (moonlight or sunlight depending on the stone) regularly.

Are the wax melts safe?

Our scented wax melts are made from natural soy wax and quality fragrances. They melt at low temperature in a candle or electric wax warmer. They produce no smoke and gently scent your home. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Personalised items, hygiene products (soaps, bath salts) and opened incense cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Contact us before any return.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take great care with the packaging of your orders. If an item arrives broken or damaged despite this, send us photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Is my banking information protected?

Absolutely. Our store is hosted by Shopify, certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard in the payment industry. We never store your banking details.
